3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the issue
  2. Provide detailed information about the problem
  3. Submit any relevant documentation or evidence
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  5. Receive notification of the decision
  6. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts are determined based on:

  • Work completed vs. work agreed upon
  • Quality of delivered work

  • Extent of deviation from requirements
  • Circumstances of the dispute

Platform fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time may vary depending on the payment method used. Credit card refunds may take longer to appear on your statement due to bank processing times.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can appeal by providing additional evidence or documentation. Our support team will review the appeal and make a final decision. In complex cases, we may involve third-party mediators.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks with their bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We will work with you to resolve issues amicably.
